1. Purpose of the Service

Resicommroofing (hereinafter, "the Company") provides design, installation, and maintenance services for commercial and industrial roofing for warehouses and shopping centers in Argentina. These Terms govern access to and use of the resicommroofing.com website and the contracting of the services offered.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or requesting a bid, the user accepts these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; changes will be published on this page.

3. User Obligations

• • Do not use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• • Maintain the confidentiality of access credentials, if any.
• • Respect the deadlines and conditions agreed upon in the work contracts.

4. Company Responsibility

The Company undertakes to execute the contracted services in accordance with the agreed technical specifications and applicable IRAM standards. However, it is not liable for damages arising from:

• • Unauthorized modifications made by the client or third parties.
• • Extreme weather conditions outside the design parameters.
• • Improper use of the facilities by the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the contracted services. The maximum limit of liability shall be the total amount paid by the client in the last 12 months.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including texts, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Resicommroofing or its licensors. Its total or partial reproduction is prohibited without express written authorization.

7. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access to the platform in the event of a breach of these Terms. The client may terminate the contracted services as stipulated in the corresponding work contract.

8. Modifications

These Terms may be updated periodically. Registered users will be notified via email at least 15 days in advance before the changes take effect.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be resolved in the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
